Technical Service Desk Analyst

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's experience in a helpdesk role, ideally at a Managed Service Provider. They will possess excellent customer service and communication skills, a full clean UK driving license, and the ability to prioritize tasks on a busy and fast-paced service desk.
They will also have the ability to work in a team and with minimal supervision, and possess a range of technical skills, including Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows. Training will be provided for any gaps in knowledge.
