Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled 1st / 2nd Line Support Analyst - Windows, Office to join our Technology, Service Desk team. The successful candidate will provide technical support for all departmental IT applications, business services, and end-user computing.

This role requires excellent customer service skills, solid technical knowledge, and the ability to drive improvements to our user-facing services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support for all departmental IT applications, business services, and end-user computing
