Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 to 3 years' experience working in a regional/global organization providing desktop support services is required.
  • Familiarity with technical software solutions from Autodesk, Bentley, Trimble, and Adobe is highly desirable.
  • You should have experience using a ticketing system like ServiceNow and familiarity with iOS and Android mobile devices and Mobile Device Management tools.

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a great salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
