We are currently looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst to join our team at BDB Pitmans LLP. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service to our clients, troubleshooting technical issues and resolving problems efficiently.

The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.

As an IT Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the Service Desk, including answering incoming calls, responding to emails, and escalating complex issues to the 2nd line support team.

You will also be required to maintain accurate records of all incidents, requests, and problems, and ensure that all necessary information is updated in the call logging system.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical support environment. Service Desk/Support Analyst experience within a Service Desk/Support Team is highly desirable.

You will work closely with the rest of the IT team to ensure seamless delivery of services to our clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and resolving problems efficiently.
  • Managing the day-to-day activities of the Service Desk.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all incidents, requests, and problems.
