IT Service Desk Analyst

We are seeking a skilled IT Service Desk Analyst to join our team at Jackson Green Recruitment Limited.
Main Responsibilities:
- To provide timely and effective resolution of IT-related incidents and service requests via phone, email, and portal.
- To possess excellent customer service and liaison skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
- To act as a first line escalation point for immediate issues and refer complex matters to senior technicians.
- To develop and share content in our Knowledge Base, proactively resolving issues with service calls and escalating when necessary.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Prior experience of Wintel environment and proficiency in MS Office Suite (up to Office 365).
- A clear and professional telephone manner, with previous Service/Help Desk experience.
- The ability to work alone and under pressure, with strong organizational skills.
Working Hours:
37.5 hours per week, covered over 4 shifts from 07:30 to 18:00.
Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
