Job Summary:

Royal Museums Greenwich seeks a highly motivated IT Service Desk Analyst to provide top-notch technical support to internal customers. This is a part-time permanent role in Band 6 - Management and Competent Specialists, requiring 21 hours net per week, worked 9am-5pm over three days, including weekends.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting IT-related issues, escalating problems to the IT Service Desk Manager as needed, and supporting the delivery of IT projects. They will also perform minor repairs on IT equipment, conduct computer data entry, and configure, deploy, and support PCs, laptops, Apple Macs, and tablet devices.
