Service Desk Analyst

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to fill the role of Service Desk Analyst at ENGINEERINGUK in London. This is a 5-month contract position with hybrid working arrangements.
As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing first and second-line IT support to our users, interacting with a diverse user base. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing expert support for all IT-related issues through Live Service.
- Building, managing, supporting, tracking, and maintaining all associated hardware devices.
- Rotation between building laptops & smartphones, phone and IT portal ticket support, and user-facing assistance at Tech Hubs.
- Tracking all incidents and service requests, prioritizing as necessary and resolving within agreed timescales.
- Creating, issuing, and managing corporate accounts for joiners/leavers.
- Processing service requests.
- Collaborating with the Technology pillar and wider IT Team to deliver efficient internal processes.
Key Responsibilities:

- Providing exceptional customer service.
- Solving complex technical problems.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. We offer a competitive salary range of £45,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
This role requires SC Cleared candidates only. The successful candidate will also need to adhere to the Off Payroll Working in the Public Sector legislation.
