**Service Desk Analyst Lead - Saragossa's IT Team**
We are seeking an experienced Service Desk Analyst Lead to join our IT team at Saragossa. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading the service desk function and ensuring that all IT issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead the service desk function and ensure that all IT issues are resolved promptly.
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members.
**What We Offer:**
- A competitive salary up to £65,000.
- A performance-based bonus that could reach 15-20%.
**Requirements:**
- Proficiency in Windows, O365, MDM, and Active Directory.
- Financial services experience is beneficial but not essential.
