IT Service Desk Analyst - London Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced IT Service Desk Analyst to join our team in London. This is a temporary opportunity to help us clear a backlog of work on the Service Desk.

In this role, you will be responsible for promptly answering phone calls, logging calls accurately, and setting priorities according to service levels. You will also resolve incidents with known solutions or workarounds and fulfill requests for access to standard IT services.

The successful candidate will have a good working knowledge of Windows XP, MS Office applications, Active Directory, and Remote Assistance. Previous experience in a customer-facing role, using IT in an office environment, and a good understanding of IT and telecommunications technology are also essential.

The salary for this position is up to £11 per hour, with a 36-hour full-time contract. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a full-time contract with flexible working hours.
