Service Desk Operations Manager

Rygor Group Ltd. has an exciting opportunity for a Service Desk Operations Manager to join our team. As a Service Desk Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the IT service desk, ensuring that support services are provided efficiently and effectively. You'll lead a team of service desk analysts, drive continuous improvement in customer service, and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Team Development: Develop and maintain a high-performing team culture, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Customer Satisfaction: Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and implement feedback to improve service delivery.
We're offering a salary of up to £43,000, plus benefits including auto-enrolment pension, enhanced maternity and paternity policies, and access to our wellness program and Employee Assistance Programs.
