Job Summary:

Seeking a Service Desk Operations Leader to manage a team of 4 in Hoddesdon offices.

Main Duties:
  • Lead the team in providing excellent IT Support services
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery
  • Mentor and coach team members to achieve their full potential
Essential Requirements:
  • At least 3 years' experience in IT Service Management
  • Demonstrable expertise in ITIL and technical skills
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
