Digital Service Desk Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Team Leader to join our Charles Tyrwhitt team in London. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing the service desk function across all locations and providing excellent support to the business.

Our Global Head Office is in London Bridge, whilst we also have an office in Manhattan to support our retail and online presence across North America, Europe and Australia.
The RoleThis is a competitive salary role (£60,000 - £80,000 per annum) with an excellent bonus scheme. You will lead and support the 1st and 2nd line Service Desk team, conducting regular 1-2-1 sessions, appraisal reviews and supporting their development needs.
