Job Description
This is a senior-level role that requires a strong background in IT management and service delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of IT professionals, developing and implementing process improvements, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
• Lead an IT Service Desk team in EMEA, overseeing daily operations and customer satisfaction
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
• Mentor team members and coordinate with IT leaders to improve processes

Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in IT management and service delivery
• Advanced knowledge of Service Desk operations, IT concepts, and architectures
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to build strong vendor partnerships

What We Offer
