Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and friendly team leader to oversee our front desk operations. As a Front Desk Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless customer service, managing daily operations, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding promptly to queries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the front desk team, promoting a positive and productive work environment
  • Monitor and manage daily operations, including room allocations, check-ins, and check-outs
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, using data to inform operational decisions

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in hospitality management, preferably in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on attention to detail

What We Offer

A competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth in a dynamic and supportive environment.
