The Clermont Hotel Group is seeking a seasoned Front Desk Operations Manager to lead the reception team at its 4-star Thistle Marble Arch hotel in London. As a key player in delivering an exceptional guest experience, you will oversee a seamless check-in and check-out process, manage queries, and ensure a high level of service quality.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced management professional to join a dynamic and growing hotel group. With a proven track record of leadership and a passion for guest service, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing your team members. You will also drive sales through effective communication and collaboration with colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the front desk team to deliver excellent customer service and ensure a smooth operation.
  • Manage staff performance, provide coaching and development opportunities, and conduct regular feedback sessions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth.

Requirements
  • A degree in hospitality or a related field and/or relevant industry experience.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
