Front Desk Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Operations Manager to join our team at Imperial London Hotels.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring high-quality service standards, and leading a team of front desk staff. As a key member of our reception team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the hotel's reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise front desk staff to ensure seamless check-in/check-out processes, resolving any issues promptly.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, leveraging data to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and resolve conflicts.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, utilizing tools like Opera to optimize performance.
Salary: £31,113.44+ benefits, depending on experience.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Front Desk Supervisor or similar role, preferably in a 4-star hotel environment.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Commercial acumen, with a focus on revenue management and maximizing profits.
