Job Description: Technical Service Desk Agent

Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced Technical Service Desk Agent to join our team at Investigo. As a key member of our Digital Support team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first- and second-line technical support via phone, email, and tickets, taking ownership of incidents and requests for service.
  • Apply analytical and technical skills to troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to hardware and software, providing workarounds when timely fixes are not possible.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with internal/external customers and staff, managing customer and technical issues with urgency.
  • Contribute to Continual Service Improvement by identifying trends in incident volumes and documenting recommendations for more efficient or effective self-service / automation / request fulfilment.
