We are seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Agent to join our team at Premier Group Recruitment. The successful candidate will have a background in supporting multiple clients in a B2B environment and hold relevant Microsoft certifications.
About the Role:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone and email.
- Troubleshoot technical issues with Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems.
- Collaborate with the IT team to resolve complex technical issues.
Key Requirements:
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with ITIL methodologies.
