We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong problem-solving ability, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming requests from customers, providing accurate and timely resolutions, and escalating complex issues to senior team members when necessary.

Key responsibilities include:

  • To deliver high-quality customer service, ensuring that all interactions are professional, courteous, and respectful.
  • To resolve customer queries efficiently, using problem-solving skills and knowledge of company processes and procedures.
  • To maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including updates on job status and completion.
  • To work collaboratively with the supervisor/Area Service Manager to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution.
  • To contribute to the development of the service desk team, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 per year, plus benefits and bonuses based on individual performance.
