Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a service desk environment, particularly within the Financial Services/Insurance Industry. You should also have strong knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
In addition, you will need to have experience with TeamViewer and MimeCast, as well as familiarity with Microsoft Azure.
