Technical Help Desk Analyst Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Help Desk Analyst to join our team at McKinlay Law. As a Technical Help Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to attorneys, paralegals, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to incoming calls and emails related to IT issues and requests.
  • Diagnosing and resolving user problems in a timely and professional manner.
  • Escalating calls to the next level of service as necessary and following up with users to ensure successful problem resolution.
  • Providing technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Maintaining a high level of customer service and effectively communicating with customers/end users.
  • Leveraging the IT knowledgebase or performing research using external resources to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $65,000-$80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer excellent benefits, including assistance with early morning travel if necessary.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in a similar role in an international law firm. You must also have a genuine passion for all things IT and an attitude of exceptional delivery.

Job Requirements:

In order to succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role in an international law firm.
  • A strong understanding of IT systems and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
