Job Description

The Service Desk Analyst will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling incoming issues, queries, and help requests. You will work closely with our operations team to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Service Desk experience (minimum of 1-2 years)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer-focused
  • Technical skills, including proficiency in IT systems and software
