We are currently seeking an experienced Help Desk Analyst - IT Support to join our team in London. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.
- Implement solutions and upgrades to ensure the continued operation of our IT systems.
- Collaborate with other teams to identify and implement process improvements.
