Are you a highly motivated and technically skilled individual looking for a new challenge? Proactive Appointments Limited is seeking a Help Desk Professional to join their team in London. As a 2nd Line Support Analyst, you will provide technical support to users at 1st and 2nd line levels, as well as support laptop refreshes and BAU Support.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your technical skills, particularly in ServiceNow, and work closely with a team of experienced professionals. The company offers a competitive salary of £41,000 per annum, plus an excellent benefits package, including bonus, annual leave, and pension scheme.
