About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Help Desk Analyst to join our team at La Fosse. The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and a strong background in IT support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical support for project teams and shops
  • Resolving tickets using the ITIL Framework
  • Supporting POS Release deployment for shops, stores, deployment engineers and office

Requirements:

  • SCCM Experience
  • Windows 10 Experience
  • Remote supporting tools
  • Understanding of TCP/IP networking in a large WAN environment including ADSL Routers
  • Experience working on large deployment projects (desired)
