Help Desk Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Help Desk Analyst to join our team in Westlakes Science Park, Cumbria. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first-line support to our customers, troubleshooting issues, and resolving incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Resolve incidents and troubleshoot issues using documented processes and knowledge articles.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and incidents.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of IT services.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role and IT environment.
- Proficient in Windows Operating Systems (Windows 10) and Microsoft Office suite.
- Familiarity with ticket logging tools and SLAs.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
