Senior IT Service Desk Engineer

Global Technology Solutions Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Technical IT Support Consultant to join our clients team in Central London. This is an onsite role for an initial 3-month contract, with potential for extension.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, including experience in a Service Desk environment, supporting users remotely and managing tickets via an Incident Management tool. They will also have strong expertise in supporting the full Microsoft Office Suite on Windows platforms, comprehensive knowledge of Windows Desktop Operating Systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (desktop and admin support).
Key Skills and Qualifications- Experience in a Service Desk environment, supporting users remotely and managing tickets via an Incident Management tool.
- Strong expertise in supporting the full Microsoft Office Suite on Windows platforms.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Windows Desktop Operating Systems (recent support experience with Windows 7 and 10).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (desktop and admin support).
- Experience with Azure administration and support.
- Excellent customer-facing skills, with a professional and well-presented demeanor.
The salary for this position is £200 per day, paid through an umbrella company.
