The Senior Renewals Account Strategist for Palo Alto Networks plays a critical role in driving customer success. About the Role

This strategic position requires excellent communication skills to work with internal teams, manage all maintenance and subscription renewals, quote generation, and upsell to multiyear contracts by positioning value to the customer.

  • Responsible for renewing contracts focused on Cortex and Prisma Cloud portfolios
  • Collaborate with Sales Teams to understand customer needs and identify opportunities
  • Manage all maintenance and subscription renewals in your territory
  • Quote generation, including coterminous quotes
  • Upsell to multiyear contracts by positioning value to the customer
  • Diligently follow up with Regional Sales Managers and end-users to bring in renewals before expiration
