Renewals Account Professional

At Palo Alto Networks, we are seeking a highly motivated Cybersecurity Renewal Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales, cybersecurity, and customer success.
The role of the Cybersecurity Renewal Manager is key to ensuring the success of our fast-growing customer base. With goals and quotas aligned directly to customer retention, you will work collaboratively with our sales teams to ensure that customers have a positive and successful experience with their Palo Alto Networks deployment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Renewing contracts focused on our Cortex and Prisma Cloud portfolios
- Working in tandem with our Cortex and Prisma Cloud Sales Teams to understand the customer environment and identify the customer need
- Excellent ability to communicate with an array of internal teams
- Managing all Cortex and Prisma Cloud maintenance and subscription renewals in your territory
- Quote generation, including the creation of coterminous quotes
- Upselling to multiyear Cortex and Prisma Cloud renewals by positioning value to the customer
- Diligently following up with Regional Sales Managers, Inside Sales, channel partners, and end-users to bring in renewals before the expiration
- Submitting accurate and timely forecast through Salesforce.com and clari
- Working within existing renewals database and collaborating with Sales Operations and IT to drive process and systems improvements and best practices
About You:
- You have experience in managing customer renewal install base for assigned Enterprise and Commercial accounts
- You have experience working with Channel Partners
- You have a track record of achieving sales goals and objectives
- You are proficient in using Salesforce.com and clari for forecasting and CPQ for quoting
- You are enthusiastic, driven, and confident, with the ability to clearly and persuasively articulate the company's mission, product, and business opportunity
- You can learn new technologies quickly, adapt to changing needs, and possess strong analytical skills
- You can quickly build productive relationships in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- You have strong time management and interpersonal skills
- You have English language proficiency, with other European languages (German, French, Spanish) being preferable
