Job Title: Account Renewal Specialist
About the RoleThe Account Renewal Specialist for Cortex and Prisma Cloud at Palo Alto Networks plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of our fast-growing customer base. This inside sales position is responsible for positioning renewals and additional software and hardware to current customers, while working collaboratively with the channel to ensure a positive and successful experience.
This role requires excellent communication skills to work with an array of internal teams, manage all Cortex and Prisma Cloud maintenance and subscription renewals, quote generation, and upsell to multiyear Cortex and Prisma Cloud renewals by positioning value to the customer.
