Cortex and Prisma Cloud Sales Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Renewal Manager to join our team and play a critical role in driving customer success and growth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales, cybersecurity, and customer engagement.
The Cybersecurity Renewal Manager will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of customer relationships, from initial contact to contract renewal and upsell/cross-sell opportunities. This includes developing and executing strategic plans to increase customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to increase customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth
- Manage the entire lifecycle of customer relationships, from initial contact to contract renewal and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to drive customer engagement and growth
- Analyze customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and pitches to secure new business and expand existing relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative
