Customer Retention Director

Job Description: The Customer Retention Director for Cortex and Prisma Cloud at Palo Alto Networks is responsible for driving customer retention and growth through strategic account planning and execution. This role requires a strong understanding of the customer's environment and needs, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You will work closely with the Cortex and Prisma Cloud Sales Teams to understand the customer environment and identify opportunities for growth. You will also be responsible for managing all Cortex and Prisma Cloud maintenance and subscription renewals in your territory.
