About the Role

We're seeking an exceptional Senior Customer Success Leader to lead our Customer Success team. This role involves managing a team of Customer Success Managers, driving growth and adoption of our technology, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Customer Success Managers to develop delivery plans that maximize customer experience and achieve higher product adoption and satisfaction.
  • Measure effectiveness of Customer Success Managers and ensure the team delivers on Key Operational metrics, including customer health, adoption, and retention.
  • Create cadence for review within the team to drive premier programmatic Customer Success practice.
  • Attract, hire, and retain high-potential individual contributors into the team and foster collaboration within internal teams and across the customer lifecycle.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in pre-sales, account management, customer success, consulting, or similar roles related to driving customer success and adoption.
  • 3+ years of recent experience in people management roles or equivalent experience.
  • An enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire others.
  • Demonstrated trajectory of success with people-management, coaching, and up-leveling and amplifying team's competencies.
