Customer Success Manager

Palo Alto Networks is a leading cybersecurity company that protects digital life. We are looking for an experienced customer success manager to lead our team in ensuring customers' success, driving growth, and adoption of our technology.
Job DescriptionThis role requires exceptional customer relationships, team building, and deep management skills. You will be responsible for managing strategic and enterprise accounts, developing delivery plans to maximize customer experience, and achieving higher product adoption and customer satisfaction.
You will lead a team of 10 Customer Success Managers, assist with key escalations, and produce best practice blueprints for the portfolio of customers. You will measure effectiveness, create cadence for review within the team, and drive premier programmatic Customer Success practice.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience working in pre-sales, account management, customer success, consulting, or similar roles. They have 3+ years of people management experience, demonstrated leadership skills, and ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building.
The salary for this role is estimated at $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Palo Alto Networks offers a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
