Senior Manager Customer Success

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager Customer Success to join our international team at Palo Alto Networks. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of Customer Success Managers and driving growth, adoption, and renewal of our technology solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in people management, customer advocacy, and team development. With a strong background in pre-sales, account management, and customer success, you will be able to inspire and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year
Responsibilities- Lead a team of 10 Customer Success Managers in managing strategic and enterprise accounts
- Develop delivery plans that maximize customer experience and achieve higher product adoption, customer satisfaction, and overall health scores
- Measure effectiveness of Customer Success Managers and ensure the team delivers on Key Operational metrics
- Create cadence for review within the team to drive premier programmatic Customer Success practice
- Attract, hire, and retain top talent for the team and foster collaboration within internal teams and across the customer lifecycle
- Work closely with Sales reps and Renewals managers to identify new opportunities and upsell potential
- Increase lifetime value of customers through greater advocacy and reference-ability
- Engage broadly across the Customer organization from management through to C-Level/Influencer as required
