Global Customer Success Director

This Senior Customer Success Leader role plays a critical part in driving customer success by leading our Customer Success team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in customer success, leadership, and team management.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to drive customer success and adoption of our technology and products.
- Lead a team of Customer Success Managers to develop delivery plans that maximize customer experience and achieve higher product adoption and satisfaction.
- Measure effectiveness of Customer Success Managers and ensure the team delivers on Key Operational metrics, including customer health, adoption, and retention.
- 10+ years of experience in pre-sales, account management, customer success, consulting, or similar roles related to driving customer success and adoption.
- 5+ years of experience in people management roles or equivalent experience.
- A proven track record of driving customer success and adoption of technology and products.
Palo Alto Networks provides a comprehensive compensation package, including a salary range of $160,000 - $200,000 per year, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
