About the Role

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Lead to join our international team. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of Customer Success Managers and driving growth, adoption, and renewal of our technology solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer advocacy, team development, and people management. With a proven track record in delivering exceptional customer experiences, you will be able to inspire and motivate your team to drive business growth and revenue.

Estimated Salary: $160,000 - $220,000 per year

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Customer Success Managers in managing strategic and enterprise accounts
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive growth, adoption, and renewal of our technology solutions
  • Collaborate with Sales reps and Renewals managers to identify new opportunities and upsell potential
  • Foster collaboration within internal teams and across the customer lifecycle
  • Drive premier programmatic Customer Success practice and create cadence for review within the team
