The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in people management, coaching, and up-leveling team competencies. They will be responsible for developing delivery plans that maximize customer experience, achieving higher product adoption, customer satisfaction, and overall health scores. Additionally, they will measure the effectiveness of Customer Success Managers, ensure the team delivers on key operational metrics, and create a cadence for review within the team to drive premier programmatic Customer Success practice.

We offer a competitive salary of $**160,000 - $200,000** per year, depending on experience.
