Customer Retention Expert

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a highly skilled Customer Retention Expert to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing customer renewals and upselling our Cortex and Prisma Cloud portfolios. With an estimated salary of $130,000 - $190,000 per year, this role offers a competitive compensation package.
About the RoleThe Customer Retention Expert will play a critical role in ensuring the success of Palo Alto Networks' fast-growing customer base. This involves managing customer renewals for our Cortex and Prisma Cloud portfolios, working closely with sales teams to understand customer needs, and communicating with internal teams to manage maintenance and subscription renewals.

- Upsell multiyear Cortex and Prisma Cloud renewals to customers
We are looking for a results-driven individual with experience in managing customer renewal install base for assigned enterprise and commercial accounts. You should have a track record of achieving sales goals and objectives, as well as experience working with channel partners.
