Field Sales Solutions is thrilled to present an opportunity for a Retail Sales Executive to join our dynamic team.

Field Sales Solutions is a prominent player in the field marketing arena, representing some of the most rapidly expanding confectionery brands in the UK. While you will be employed by Field Sales Solutions, your role will involve working closely with esteemed brand partners, including Ferrero Rocher, Kinder, Nutella, Tic Tac, Eat Natural, Maryland Cookies, Jammie Dodgers & Fox's biscuits.

We offer a competitive remuneration package of £24,000 per annum, along with a Performance Related Bonus, a Company Vehicle, and a Fuel Card, in addition to a range of other enticing incentives.

Ideal Locations: Applications from surrounding areas will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with a selection of convenience stores and independent retailers within your designated area.
  • Enhance the distribution of our product range throughout your territory.
  • Visit assigned wholesaler depots to collect and transport stock for direct sales to customers.
  • Focus on collaborating with clients to drive sales in convenience outlets by establishing strong relationships with key decision-makers, store owners, and shop assistants.
  • Improve visibility, display, and availability of our clients' brand portfolio in-store.
  • Utilize sales data effectively to engage key decision-makers and facilitate stock sales.
  • Negotiate product placement and arrange point-of-sale materials in strategic locations.

Qualifications:

  • A genuine passion for sales.
  • Strong ability to engage with customers and suppliers.
  • Experience in business development or prior sales roles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
  • Strategic thinking and data analysis capabilities.
  • Proven track record of initiative and results delivery.
  • Demonstrable commercial awareness.
  • Experience working with FMCG brands.
