As a Strategic Account Executive, your primary responsibility will be to establish and nurture long-term relationships with key clients by thoroughly understanding their needs. The ideal candidate will excel in cultivating robust connections with strategic partners. You will identify client requirements to advocate for our company's offerings and ensure mutual satisfaction. The aim is to contribute to the sustainability and growth of our business for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing major clients in the education sector.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of key customer needs and expectations.
  • Develop tailored sales strategies for each major client.
  • Enhance relationships with current customers by consistently proposing solutions that align with their goals.
  • Ensure timely delivery of the appropriate products to clients.
  • Act as the communication bridge between key clients and internal teams.
  • Address any challenges and concerns faced by clients and manage complaints to uphold trust.
  • Play a crucial role in generating new sales that lead to lasting partnerships.
  • Prepare regular progress reports and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
  • Experience in selling art supplies or stationery is preferred.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Exhibit high levels of motivation and self-initiation.
  • Make independent decisions within company guidelines.
  • Manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Possess analytical and numerical skills.
  • Maintain attention to detail in communication and data management.
