Job Summary

We are seeking a Strategic People Leader to join our team in Birmingham. As a key member of the executive team, you will drive initiatives to attract, develop, engage, and retain top talent while creating an inclusive and innovative workplace environment.

About the Role

The Strategic People Leader will be responsible for shaping and executing people strategy, talent management, and culture development. You will lead the development of talent acquisition strategies, from recruitment to on-boarding, ensuring the company attracts and hires exceptional talent. You will also set a compelling vision to ensure thoughtful design and implementation of talent development programs that nurture employee growth, skills enhancement, and career progression.

Key Responsibilities

- Foster a learning culture that encourages continuous development and upskilling
- Lead and establish the group's performance management processes
- Implement data-driven systems to measure and improve employee performance and productivity

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject preferred
- Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, within the retail/consumer, automotive or technology sectors
- Demonstrated success in talent acquisition and development
- Proficiency in HR technology and data analytics
