Position Overview:
As the Retail Account Manager, you will oversee the operations of our Elemis Retail Account. Your exceptional leadership and communication skills will be pivotal in driving the sales of Elemis treatments and products.

Key Responsibilities:
Account Management
  • Oversee the growth of Elemis sales in treatments and products within the retail environment.
  • Proactively drive sales to meet and exceed both personal and counter targets.
  • Enhance brand awareness and educate clients about the product and treatment offerings.
  • Engage in promotional activities and ensure their successful execution.
  • Compile and analyze weekly/monthly sales data, reporting findings to relevant stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular stock checks to identify and rectify discrepancies.
Team Leadership
  • Develop monthly staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and maintain acceptable attendance standards.
  • Support ongoing product knowledge and retail training for the broader team.
  • Foster a positive team environment and motivate team members.
Customer Experience
  • Maintain the Elemis counter and treatment areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Ensure that product recommendations align with client needs and consider any medical contraindications.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and promptly address any client concerns.
  • Safeguard client information with the utmost confidentiality.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • NQV Level 2 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent.
  • Strong educational background or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in a similar retail or store role.
  • Proven experience in team supervision and management.
  • Demonstrated sales success.
  • Hands-on experience in conducting treatments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Previous experience with a professional brand.
