Field Sales Solutions presents a remarkable opportunity for you to join our team as a Sales Development Executive.

This role allows you to be part of Field Sales Solutions, a prominent player in the field marketing sector. We collaborate with some of the most renowned and dynamic brands in the market, ensuring their products are readily available to consumers.

As a representative for our partner brands, you will serve as a vital liaison, fostering and maintaining strong relationships with retail contacts. Utilizing advanced data insights and your understanding of market trends, you will engage confidently with stores to enhance sales performance and address any underperforming categories. Your expertise in category management and business growth will contribute significantly to increasing sales across your designated area.

Focus Area: Grocery and High Street - Health & Beauty Sector

Compensation: Competitive salary of £26,000 p.a. + Up to 15% Bonus + Company Vehicle & Fuel Card

Preferred Location: BIRMINGHAM

Sales Territory: Various postal codes within the region

Key Responsibilities as a Sales Development Executive:

  • Collaborate with retail partners to formulate action plans aimed at boosting category sales and market presence.
  • Enhance store personnel's understanding of product categories, new developments, and promotional initiatives.
  • Negotiate for increased promotional space for key items to maximize visibility in stores.

Reporting to your Regional Manager, you will participate in monthly team meetings to review progress. This position is primarily field-based, focusing on relationship-building with retail outlets. You will enjoy a high degree of autonomy, requiring strong organizational skills and a proven track record in sales conversion.

Qualifications for the Sales Development Executive:

  • Valid UK Driver's License.
