Field Sales Solutions is thrilled to present an opportunity for a Retail Sales Executive to join our dynamic team.

Field Sales Solutions is a premier field marketing organization, representing some of the most rapidly expanding confectionery brands in the UK. While you will be employed by Field Sales Solutions, your role will involve working closely with esteemed brand partners, including Ferrero Rocher, Kinder, Nutella, Tic Tac, Eat Natural, Maryland Cookies, Jammie Dodgers & Fox's biscuits.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary of £24,000 per annum, alongside a Performance-Related Bonus, a Company Vehicle, and a Fuel Card, as well as a range of additional enticing incentives.

Preferred Locations: BIRMINGHAM / SUTTON COLDFIELD - Applications from nearby areas will be considered.

Your Territory Will Include: B23, B24, B33, B34, B35, B36, B37, B42, B43, B44, B46, B72, B73, B74, B75, B76, B77, B78, B79, CV9, CV10, CV11, CV12, CV13, ST10, ST14, WS1, WS4, WS5, WS6, WS7, WS8, WS9, WS11, WS12, WS13, WS14, WS15.

Key Responsibilities as a Retail Sales Executive:

  • Engage with a selection of convenience stores and independent retailers within your designated territory.
  • Enhance the distribution of our product range in your area.
  • Visit assigned wholesaler depots to collect and transport stock for direct sales to customers.
  • Collaborate with clients to drive sales in convenience outlets by fostering strong relationships with key decision-makers, store owners, and shop assistants.
  • Increase visibility, display, and availability of our clients' brand portfolio in stores.
  • Utilize sales data to effectively engage and sell stock to key decision-makers.
  • Negotiate product placement and positioning of promotional materials in strategic locations.

Qualifications Required:

  • A genuine passion for sales.
  • Strong ability to engage with customers and suppliers.
  • Experience in business development or previous sales roles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
  • Strategic thinking and data analysis capabilities.
  • Proven track record of initiative and results delivery.
  • Demonstrable commercial awareness.
  • Experience working with FMCG brands.
