Field Sales Solutions is thrilled to present an opportunity for a Retail Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will serve as a pivotal liaison, fostering and maintaining exceptional relationships with your retail contacts. Utilizing cutting-edge data insights and your understanding of category trends, you will engage confidently with stores to enhance the visibility of high-performing products while addressing areas that require improvement. Your expertise in category management and business growth will contribute significantly to the sales performance of our esteemed brand partners.

Focus Area: Grocery and High Street - Health & Beauty Sector

Compensation: Competitive salary of £26,000 p.a. + Up to 15% Bonus + Company Car & Fuel Card

Ideal Location: BIRMINGHAM

Responsibilities of the Retail Sales Representative:

Collaborate with retail partners to devise strategic action plans aimed at boosting category sales and market presence. Enhance store personnel's understanding of product categories, new launches, and initiatives to elevate brand awareness. Negotiate for increased promotional space for key items to maximize in-store visibility.

Reporting to your Regional Manager, you will participate in monthly team discussions to assess progress. This position is primarily field-based, requiring you to spend substantial time nurturing relationships with retail outlets. A high degree of autonomy is expected, necessitating strong organizational skills and a proven track record in sales conversion.

Qualifications for the Retail Sales Representative:

A strong enthusiasm for sales and the brand portfolio. Experience in business development and sales. Excellent communication, negotiation, influencing, and planning abilities. Strategic thinking skills, coupled with the ability to meet immediate business goals. A demonstrated history of initiative and delivering results. A valid UK Driver's License.
