Job Summary:

Field Sales Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team. As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive category growth and increase sales of Procter & Gamble products across your territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales plans to increase category sales and dominance in retail outlets.
  • Build strong relationships with store contacts and negotiate increased promotional space for key products to maximize in-store visibility.
  • Work with store staff to increase their knowledge of the category, new product development, and initiatives to build awareness.
  • Report to your Regional Manager and participate in monthly team meetings to discuss progress.

Requirements:

  • Passion for sales and the Procter & Gamble brand portfolio.
  • Business development skills and sales experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, influencing, and planning skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and fulfill immediate business objectives.
  • Proven record of demonstrating initiative and delivering results.
  • Full UK driver's license.
