About the Role

As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive category growth and increase sales of our clients' products. You will work closely with our retail partners to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive category growth and increase sales of our clients' products
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and develop business cases to support sales initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and provide insights to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Proven sales and business development experience in the FMCG industry
  • Strong understanding of category management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with retail partners
  • Ability to analyze data and develop business cases to support sales initiatives
  • Results-oriented and driven to achieve sales targets
