Sales Development Manager Opportunity

Field Sales Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Manager to join their team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and increase category sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve category sales growth and dominance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store staff to increase category awareness and sales.
  • Negotiate promotional space and visibility for key products to maximize in-store presence.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales and business development experience in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and drive results.
  • Full UK driving license.
