Field Sales Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Manager to join their team. As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive category growth and increase sales for Procter & Gamble products.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working with retail outlets to develop action plans that increase category sales and dominance.
  • Increasing store staff knowledge of the category, new product development, and initiatives to build awareness.
  • Negotiating increased promotional space for key products to maximize in-store visibility.

As a Sales Development Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with a leading field marketing company, partnering with some of the biggest brands in the FMCG world. You will be responsible for building relationships with retail outlets, negotiating sales, and driving category growth.

Requirements for the role include:

  • A passion for sales and the Procter & Gamble brand portfolio.
  • Business development skills and sales experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, influencing, and planning skills.
  • Ability to think strategically, while fulfilling immediate business objectives.
  • Proven record of demonstrating initiative and delivering results.
  • Full UK driver's license.
